These open style barns were originally designed for warmer climates. Never the less, we have found them to be very popular and are asked for them on a regular basis.
Here are a couple of recommendations if you are considering this style of barn. We have found that they seem to work well in certain locations which seldom experience strong winds, such as valleys or against hillsides. When deciding on the location of the structure, think about facing the open side of the barn towards the north, or north east since most of our weather fronts commonly approach from the south, southwest.
