SHELL PRICES

The Shell includes the support structure, all exterior walls, tongue and groove interior lining of exterior walls, 2 ft x 4 ft fixed Brown vinyl windows every 12 foot in monitor, the roof, one set of alley doors at the front and a cupola with a weather vane.

SIDE WALLS
our Standard Barns without sheds do not have the necessary height for loft potential. We will raise the side wall height from 8'8" to 10'8" for an additional $2.00 per square foot.

PACKAGE PRICES

Our packages include the shell as above, plus one Tack Room, one Washdown Bay,our exclusive Horse Stalls and Loft Space.
