Monitor Barns

Our Standard Monitor Barns come with windows on each side of the Monitor or what is also known as the raised center. There is one window per 12 feet of wall for each side. The standard window is a 2 ft x 4 ft fixed Brown vinyl window with pewter pencil grids. These barns also include a set of alley doors, a cupola with a weather vane and solid 2 X 6 tongue and groove inner lining on all exterior walls.

We have two basic types of Monitor Barns, The Steep Roof monitor (SM) which comes standard with a 7/12 roof pitch and the Monitor (M)which comes standard with a 4/12 roof. Finally, if your model of choice comes with side sheds, they will have a roof pitch of 4/12.

Due to a lack of clearance for stairs, some of our Monitor barns cannot be fitted with a loft space.

The 3600SM Series is designed to have a small footprint with added head room.
They measure 36 feet in width and come in five different lengths.
Note, only models which include side sheds have enough clearance for loft space.

Monitor Barns

This series is designed for the active ranches out there. These barns come with an extra side bay
which includes a set of swing doors. Measuring 48 feet from side to side, it's easy to
find a model that gives you the room you need.
These barns start at $36,864.

Intended for large facilities, these massive barns are one of our largest standard models.
Whether you're starting a training facility or just have allot of animals, these barns
will give you the room you need. Measuring 72 feet from side to side, they
come with an amazing amount of Loft Space.
With lots of elbow room, these barns start at $82,944.
