All our Two Story Shops are available as a Shell which includes Foundation, Walls, Second Story Floor Structure with Sub-Flooring and the Roof. They also come with 1 Man Door, a Stairway and Interior Framing around the Stairwell as required by code.

Other Doors and Windows are not included, go to our Items and Options Page to select doors and windows. Or, you can choose one of our Standard Model Packages which include doors and windows as they are most commonly ordered.

SIDE WALL HEIGHT
All of our listed prices are based on 9 foot side walls for the ground floor, this limits your choice of garage doors to a maximum height of 8 foot. Taller side walls are available for an additional charge.

For 10ft side walls: add $1.00 per sqft
For 12ft side walls: add $3.00 per sqft
For 14ft side walls: add $5.00 per sqft

(Base this on the square footage of the ground floor only.)

DORMERS
We offer these buildings with or without dormers. Dormers increase the useable space of the second floor. You can choose to add 1 or 2 Dormers for an extra charge as listed.
